Monthly Rental Apartments in Buraydah — What They Cost and Which District to Choose

What "monthly rent" means in Buraydah

A furnished monthly apartment sits between a hotel and a yearly lease. A hotel is priced by the night and becomes expensive across months. A yearly contract asks for twelve months, a deposit and paperwork before you have seen the neighbourhood. Monthly renting is for the stay in between — three months, six months, a year — with the furniture already in place.

On Hajz Shahr the minimum stay is three months, contracts are monthly or annual, and you pay on arrival at the property. Nothing is charged in advance through the site.

What it costs

Every apartment on this platform is furnished — all 384 units across eight buildings, with no unfurnished stock at all. Prices start at 1,200 SAR a month and the range follows the size of the home rather than any hidden extra:

  • Studio — from 1,200 SAR a month

  • One bedroom — 1,200 to 2,200 SAR a month, and this is the largest part of the inventory

  • Two bedrooms — 2,000 to 2,800 SAR a month

  • Three bedrooms — 2,500 to 5,000 SAR a month

The price shown on a listing is the price for the unit. There is no commission added at the end and no booking fee. Ask directly what the monthly figure covers — electricity, water and internet differ between units.

Which district suits you

Buraydah's districts are not interchangeable, and the right one depends on why you are here.

  • Al Safra — mostly families and hospital staff. A five-minute drive from the Specialist Hospital, quiet streets, easy parking. Slightly further from the main market.

  • Al Fayziah — a district of families, on King Khalid Road, which makes the rest of the city easy to reach.

  • Sultanah — families and working residents, quiet, near the central market.

  • Al Nahdah — families, quiet, near the schools on Omar bin Al-Khattab Road.

  • Al Rawdah — the widest choice of larger homes, including the three-bedroom apartments.

  • Al Muntazah — the largest single building on the platform, one and two bedrooms.

What to check before you commit

Look at the real photographs rather than the description, check the unit's location on the map rather than the district name alone, and read the amenities list for what is actually included.

Some listings on this site are arranged directly with the property team by phone rather than booked online, and those show no price. If a listing has no book button, that is why.

Availability, honestly

Buraydah's furnished stock moves quickly and buildings are often full. If the apartment you want is taken, join the waiting list rather than checking back — you will be contacted when a unit in that building becomes free.
