Hajz Shahr connects people looking for somewhere to live with the owners of furnished apartments and residential buildings across Saudi Arabia. Our listings today are in Buraidah and the Al-Qassim region, and we welcome owners from every Saudi city.

We exist for a specific need. Hotels are priced by the night and become expensive over months. A traditional annual lease asks for a year's commitment, a deposit and paperwork before you have even seen the neighbourhood. Between the two stands the person who needs a proper home for three months, or six, or a year — the employee on a posting, the family between houses, the student, the relative staying near a hospital.

How it works

Every unit is listed with its real photographs, its location on the map, its full list of amenities, and its monthly price shown before you book. There are no hidden fees and no commission added at the end.

Booking takes minutes. You pay on arrival, at the property itself — nothing is charged in advance through this site.

The minimum stay is three months, and contracts are monthly or annual.

For property owners

If you own a furnished building or apartments — wherever your property is in the Kingdom — Hajz Shahr puts them in front of people already looking for exactly that, and gives you a dashboard to manage availability, pricing and bookings yourself.

Licensed and accountable

Hajz Shahr operates under a Saudi commercial registration and holds a FAL licence for real estate brokerage. Our terms of use, privacy policy and refund policy are published on this site and apply to every booking.
