Intellectual Property Rights Policy

All elements of the platform are owned by or licensed to حجز شهر, including: • The trade name, logo and visual identity • Interface design, layout, colour and typography choices • Source code, databases and system architecture • Editorial text, user guides and informational content None of this may be copied, republished or used to derive another work without prior written permission.

Photographs, descriptions and unit data uploaded by property owners remain their property. Ownership does not transfer to us. By uploading content, the owner grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, technically resize and use that content to market the unit within the platform and its channels. The licence lasts while the content is published and ends when it is deleted, except where regulation requires retention.

Anyone uploading content to the platform confirms that they: • Own the content, or hold the right to use and publish it • Do not infringe the rights of any third party by publishing it • Are not using images taken from the internet, from competing platforms, or from stock agencies without a licence • Are not listing a unit they neither own nor have the right to rent out Legal responsibility for infringing content rests with whoever uploaded it.

Users may not: • Scrape platform data or copy unit listings automatically • Republish unit photographs or descriptions outside the platform without the permission of their owners • Use the trade name or logo in a way implying a partnership or endorsement that does not exist • Reverse-engineer the system or attempt to extract its source code

If you see content on the platform that infringes your rights, tell us and we will treat the report seriously. A report must include: • Identification of the allegedly infringing content and the URL of its page • Evidence that you hold the right (the original image source, a trademark certificate, or equivalent) • Your contact details • A statement that the report is accurate Reports may be submitted through the complaints page or to support@hajzshahr.com.

Every report is logged with a reference number, then: • We review it within two working days • We may hide the content temporarily during review if the infringement appears clear • We notify whoever published it and give them an opportunity to respond • We decide and inform both parties Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended. If the outcome does not satisfy you, you retain the right to approach the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.

Names and marks belonging to other organisations may appear on the platform — technical service providers or payment methods, for example. These belong to their respective owners, are mentioned for identification only, and imply no sponsorship or affiliation.
