How we handle your complaint

1. Your complaint is logged the moment you send it and is given its own reference number.
2. Our customer service team reviews it and assigns an owner and a priority.
3. We contact you on the channel you gave us, within two working days as our target.
4. The complaint stays open until it is closed, and you can ask about it at any time using the reference number.
