Renters find your property in search or through the site and contact you. You confirm the booking, and payment is taken on arrival.

What kinds of property can I list?
Furnished and unfurnished apartments, residential buildings and commercial halls. You can list a single unit or an entire building with several unit types.
Do I have to accept every booking request?
No. Requests come to you and you decide. You also control availability, so you can close dates or units whenever you need to.
How and when am I paid?
Payment is made on arrival, directly between you and the tenant, in cash or by card or bank transfer as you agree. Nothing is charged in advance through the site.
Which cities does the platform cover?
The platform is built for the whole of Saudi Arabia. Most listings today are in Buraidah and the Al-Qassim region, and owners in other cities are welcome to list.
