Hotel Apartments by the Month in Buraidah — How They Differ from a Furnished Apartment, and Which Saves You Money
"Hotel apartment" and "furnished apartment" — the words get mixed up, the difference is one thing
Both are furnished, with a kitchen and a bathroom. The difference is that a hotel apartment is run as a hotel: 24-hour reception, daily cleaning, linen changes, and a price per night. A furnished apartment is run as a home: you enter on a monthly or annual contract, you clean it yourself, maintenance is on request — and the price is per month. Many names in Buraidah carry the word "hotel" on the sign and let by the month in practice; ask how the price is counted, not what the sign says.
The sums
Hotel apartments in Buraidah are listed on the booking sites by the night, and a modest night runs between SAR 100 and 180, so a month comes to roughly SAR 3,000 to 5,400 with daily service. A furnished apartment by the month on Hajz Shahr starts at SAR 1,200 for a room with bathroom in Al Eskan, from 1,500 for a bedroom, living room and kitchen in Al Safra and Al Muntazah, and from 1,800 in Al Rawdah and Sultanah. The difference goes to daily service that someone staying for months does not need.
When a hotel apartment suits you

What we list, and what we do not
On Hajz Shahr we do not sell nights. Everything we list is let by the month and the year, three-month minimum, in 11 buildings across eight districts of Buraidah. Nothing is charged through the website, and you pay on arrival after seeing the apartment. Some of our buildings appear on the maps as "hotel apartments" — such as Al Takhassusi Apartments and Al Barnas Al Dhahabi — and they are let by the month, not the night.
