Family Apartments in Buraidah by the Month — Which District, Which Size, and What to Ask Before You Move
What a family is actually looking for
A family moving to Buraidah for a few months is not looking for "an apartment". It is looking for a quiet district that accepts families, a school within reasonable distance, a parking space, and a size with more than one bedroom. This article answers those four from our buildings as they stand on the site today, not as we would like them to be.
The family districts we list in
- Al Safra — quiet, families and Specialist Hospital staff. From SAR 1,500.
- Al Fayziah — a family district on King Khalid Road, apartments up to three bedrooms. From SAR 1,200.
- Sultanah — near the central market and the schools, one of our highest-rated buildings. From SAR 1,800.
- Al Nahdah — a small building near the schools. From SAR 1,200.
- Al Rawdah — the widest choice of larger flats, up to three bedrooms. From SAR 1,800.
- Al Rehab — every size in one building, near the schools. From SAR 1,200.
Size: two bedrooms or three?
Most of what we list in Buraidah is one bedroom with a living room, which suits a couple or a family with one child. Two- and three-bedroom apartments are fewer, and they are specifically in Al Rawdah, Al Rehab and Al Fayziah — and they are the ones booked first. If your family needs three bedrooms, call before you set off, not after.
Five questions to ask before you book
- Is the building families only? Some of our buildings take families only and some take single tenants too; the owner decides. Ask plainly.
- Is there parking? In most buildings yes, but in Sultanah there are fewer spaces than apartments — we say so before booking, not after.
- Are electricity and water included? It differs from unit to unit. The price shown is the unit's price; the bills are stated when you confirm.
- What is the minimum? Three months in every building, extendable without moving.
- Do I pay anything before arriving? No. Nothing is charged through the website; you pay on arrival after you have seen the apartment.
How to book
Pick the district from the links above, open the unit and look at its real photos, then request the booking or message us. We confirm availability for your arrival date, and you pay at the building — cash, card or bank transfer. The full booking explanation is on the Hajz Shahr Buraidah page.
