How to book a month in Buraidah — five steps

• Open the unit. Real photos, a map location, the list of amenities, and the monthly price stated plainly. What you see is what you rent.
• Request the booking. From the same page, or on WhatsApp if you would rather ask than browse. Nothing is charged at this step.
• We confirm availability. Furnished apartments in Buraidah move quickly, so we make sure the unit is actually free on your arrival date before you set off.
• Pay on arrival. At the building — cash, card or bank transfer — after you have seen the apartment yourself. The minimum stay is three months, and you can extend without moving.

What the price includes

These are "from" prices; they change with size, floor and length of stay. An annual contract is cheaper per month than a monthly one in every building.

Questions we get every day

Can I book just one month? The minimum is three months. A single month is what hotels sell, and their per-night price says so.

Do I pay a deposit through the website? No. Nothing is charged through the website. You pay on arrival at the building.

Are the apartments suitable for families? Most of our buildings are in family districts, and each district page says who lives there. Some buildings accept single tenants and some do not — the owner decides — so ask before you move.
