How to list your property on Hajz Shahr — step by step

Hajz Shahr is a Saudi platform for monthly and annual rentals. This guide shows how to list your property, from the first step until renters can see it. You need no documents to start.
Step 1 — Create an owner account
Open «List your property» and press «Create an owner account», then enter your details. If you already have a renter account, you can switch it to an owner account from your account page.
Step 2 — Verify your phone
You receive a verification code (OTP) by SMS. Enter it to confirm your number. Every account needs this step.
Step 3 — Your owner dashboard
Once verified, you reach your owner dashboard. From there you manage your branches, units, prices, availability and bookings.
Step 4 — Add your branch (building)
Press «+ New branch». Enter the building name, city and district, and set its location on the map. A branch is the building where you list your units.
Step 5 — Photos and amenities
Upload real photos of the building and units, and pick the amenities you offer. Real photos are the first thing a renter looks at.
Step 6 — Units and prices
Add your unit types (for example studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms), how many you have, and the monthly price of each. You can close dates or units whenever you need.
Step 7 — Submit for review
When the branch is complete, press «Submit for review». The Hajz Shahr team checks it and approves it, or asks you for a change.
Step 8 — Publish your branch
Once approved, the branch shows «Approved (not published yet)». Press «Publish branch now» and renters can see it and book. You can unpublish it temporarily at any time.
Step 9 — Receive requests
Booking requests come to you and you decide. Payment is made on arrival, directly between you and the renter; nothing is charged in advance through the site.
More than one branch?
Yes. Repeat «+ New branch» for each building, in any city in Saudi Arabia. Each branch has its own page, photos and units, all managed from the same account.
