This is the entry price on Hajz Shahr. The smallest unit we list anywhere in Buraidah is here: a 25 m² room with a bathroom for SAR 1,200 a month. The building is on Omar bin Al-Khattab Road in Al Eskan and suits a single person working in Buraidah who needs no more than a clean place to sleep, and a small family that wants a clear price with no surprises.

Units and prices

• Room with bathroom, 25 m² — SAR 1,200 a month.
• One bedroom with living room and kitchen — SAR 1,500 a month.
• Two bedrooms — SAR 2,000 a month.

Every unit is furnished, with an equipped kitchen, independent air conditioning and a private bathroom, plus fibre internet, a lift and parking. Maintenance is free for the length of the contract, and annual contracts are available.

The minimum stay is three months, and you can extend without moving.

The spaces here are small, and that is deliberate: the price is low because the unit is small, not because something is missing. If you need more room, another of our buildings will serve you better — and we will say so on the phone rather than let you find out at the door.
